A Nature Immersion Experience

Are you new to NATURE IMMERSION? No experience is necessary! Participants will be guided through this mindful practice using the sights and sounds of nature as inspiration. If you want to learn more about the importance of forests, watch the Nova documentary, Secrets of the Forest under our Spiritual Resources section.
What to Expect: We'll gather indoors for coffee, then head outdoors to walk about a half mile along wooded trails and grassy spaces. The program will also include sitting for periods of time while immersing in nature providing ample opportunity to reflect and share.
When: Saturday, June 14th, 2025
Arrival Time: Between 9:30 to 10:00 AM for coffee plus
Departure Time: 2:00 PM

If you would like to pay the program fee of $25 by credit or debit card, click the button to the right. You may also mail a check made out to Notre Dame Spirituality Center to 30 Jeffreys Neck Road, Ipswich, MA 01938. Another option is to bring cash the day of the program.
Participant Guidelines
Weather: Please note that this event will still occur in light rain, but registrants will be contacted in the event of extreme weather.
What to Bring: Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. Bring water and a blanket or mat. Camp stools will be provided.
What Not to Bring: Please, no children under 12, or pets.
