Participant Guidelines

Weather: Please note that this event will still occur in light precipitation, but registrants will be contacted in the event of extreme weather. ​
What to Bring: Please wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear. Bring water bottle and a blanket or mat. Camp stools will be provided. ​
What Not to Bring: Please, no children under 12, or pets.

Nature Immersion Experience
Stopping by Woods on a Winter Afternoon
Are you new to NATURE IMMERSION? No experience is necessary! Participants will be guided through this mindful practice using the sights and sounds of nature as inspiration.
What to Expect: We'll gather indoors for welcome and prayer, then head outdoors for guided meditation along wooded trails and spaces, with periods of alone time for deep nature immersion. We'll regather indoors for quiet reflection, followed by optional sharing and a light repast of soup and bread.
When: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Arrival Time: 1:00 to 1:30 PM with program beginning at 1:30 PM.
Departure Time: 5:30 PM
Cost: $25 (includes light meal)
Guides: Sister Mary Boretti, Lisa Cogliandro, Sister Ellen Keane, and Barbara Walton.
Please register by November 21st. Registration is limited to 12 participants.
